There was promotion of the implemented project for business plan of Mrs. Ilinka Mitevska on 19.07.2010 in Makedonska Kamenica. She produces handmade carpets, based on the previously prepared business plan. This project was implemented in cooperation with GTZ RED, through the activity on "Support women and young in employement initiatives". The Centre for development of the East planning region has signed Contract with Mrs. Ilinka Mitevska from Makedonska Kamenica as first prize winner for financing her business plan. The total amount received by Ilinka Mitevska is 194 592,00 MKD.

There was a workshop held on 14.07.2010 in the municipality Cheshinovo_Obleshevo restaurant  Ambasador regarding joint representation of the rice producers thriogh establishement of a Cluster.   Organiser of the workshop was the municipality of Cheshinovo-Obleshevo and farmers association Agro Stimul. During this meeting there was initiative to establish national council for rice and gather in order to enable presentation on the higher authorities:

There was a regular meeting held between the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Gjorgje Ivanov, and the mayors from the East planning region. The meeting was held on 27.07.2010 at the Presidents’ Residence.
